But really Ningbo is the fastest growing industrial City in the south east China region. 5 million people living here and almost 2000 foreigners from all countries. Ningbo has a really nice night life with tables on the street and several irish pubs and real restaurants. Living is great here and people say that quality of life is much higher than Shanghai with almost the same possibilities.
